Thanksgiving brings early treats

We do Thanksgiving dinner at my house every year and I couldn't be happier because my mom is the most amazing creative cook!

This year, she wanted to do a center piece. That's not even an appropriate name because most likey it will be on a side table because we never have room on the dinner table for anything other than food.

Her idea was to make one of these:

A Cornicopia.

So we got ourselves a horn and went out today to pick some berries and the like...

We also took Nina with us around the neighborhood "woods." She was so sleepy afterwards. And Omigosh today... one of her teeth got loose and she started salivating and kept licking her lippies and I was so nervous, but I looked it up online and it is perfectly normal for puppies to lose their teeth... like human babies :)

And then mom and I had some coffee and continued about our day. Sorry blogger babies no make up or fashion post today, although I did get a fabulous little surprise in the mail today...

This really was a surprise on account that I didn't order this! I think I won it from some contest but I don't remember which!!! (it was not a blog one do not fear readers, I always remember those generous people)

That is a very pretty Center piece. A Cornucopia is actually the first image that comes up in my mind when I think about Thanksgiving. Lol My Mom usually makes our centerpiece of food, because just like your family we don’t have enough room. =)

Your puppy Nina is the cutest. It is so weird how puppie's teeth fall out! I have a shi-tzu and we always used to find teeny little teeth in the carpet. Haha
