Hello! and welcome two weeks into the new year!
Back to the NYX Thanksgiving Haul, this is my favorite little treasure:
NYX Nude on Nude Palette
The colors are so pretty, so neutral and really come in several finishes in one tiny little package. What a perfect travel buddy!
So the top three are a matte finish - a creamy color which reminds me of the light color of NARS India Song duo, a dusty or a watered down espresso.
The first two of the middle three and the first two of the last three are a satin finish and are so pretty and neutral but it really makes me think it's more pinky than goldy-tan palette (at least for those 4)
The last of the two are a frost finish with super fine gold bits in a (terrifyingly close) dusty espresso and a milk chocolate.
It also comes with two pink highly saturated glosses. The first is a pearly dusty rose and the second a flirty barbie pink gloss. They're both pretty and very wearable and layerable.
But I gotta say - this little fucker is tiny! I mean it is SO SMALL! I truley thought it would be at least a half size bigger. But that's ok, I have so many shadows and palettes that this is just a perfect size afterall.

Aha! I know what you mean about tiny! It really is tiny. My friend has this naked palette. She is already working on a review on it. Aha! I really do like how travel friendly this naked palette is though!
My first thought was: wow this is so tiny, I got ripped off! My second thought was: oohhh prettyyyy! So in conclusion it's just perfect for traveling and perfect for horders (guilty as charged!)
Oof, I hate it when you open packages and your first reaction is "that's it?" however it looks pretty! Swatches please!

OOoo I just got the Urban Decay Naked palette and have always been in love with natural eyeshadow colors. Too tiny though? How do NYX eyeshadows compare to MAC? Seems like a lot of YouTube gurus are in love with NYX as a cheaper alternative?

Wow, I didn't realize how small it was! I love NYX products, but as far as the palettes go, I have only gotten the runway ones...and those are a pretty nice size.
They say this is supposed to be an UD Naked Palette dupe....what do you think?
