So the girls and I are getting together to celebrate the holidays! We're a bit late but with three busy women of the modern word this was the only time we could get together, and better late than never!
Dinner was hosted at my house this evening...
The Menu:
Roasted Cornish hen
Rice pilaf
Cucumber & Tomato salad
Cupcakes
Strawberry infused Passion fruit iced tea
Cupcakes are one of my favorite deserts to make, I feel like you can do anything with them! They're also the perfect size, a yummy bite of sweet heaven :)
The iced tea was so refreshing and the heart shaped iced cubes were such a fun touch. More to come on how to make this, it really will be a hit at your next alcohol-free get together!
