If I had to pick the most wonderful time of the year, I would pick birthdays (and New Years of course).
I find birthdays to be doorways to a new beginning, a new you, a new chapter in your life as a wiser, better, more experienced you.
This week it was Chris' birthday. 24! Normally, because his birthday is just one month after Christmas, I find myself scrounging to find him a great gift. Through the years, we've done trips, and sweaters and yadda yadda, but I wanted something really special this year. He's just been such a dream to me, and totally deserved a great birthday gift.

Maybe the last year or so, he's been looking for a badazz bracelet. A white metal curb link piece with attitude and presence. I found him this Scott Kay bracelet. Needless to say, he loved it.
A little note about me: I love to wrap!
I find that wrapping is one of my favorite things about giving gifts. I like to make it very special and ornate, and well, his birthday was no exception. Happy Birthday, sweetie!
